Fan Casting Phillip Baskin in Walter Hill's The Punisher

Costa's nervous, overmatched attorney, a man who is smart enough to know how much danger he's in but not smart enough to escape it. Baskin is a reluctant participant in Costa's empire, trying to keep his client out of jail while slowly realizing that his own life is expendable. He is tortured by Frank for information and later killed by Costa as a warning. Baskin is a tragic figure—a man who thought he was on the inside but was always just another pawn in Costa's game.
