Fan Casting Detective Jean Neslar in Walter Hill's The Punisher

A sharp, determined Miami homicide detective whose husband was murdered by Costa years earlier. She is a grieving widow and a devoted mother to her nine-year-old daughter Katie. Initially suspicious of Frank, she becomes an unlikely ally as she uncovers the corruption that protects Costa.
