The United Kingdom has greatly benefited from the MOONRAKER program during the Cold War as an excellent way of deterring Soviet aggression. But in 1997, years after the USSR has collapsed, the reasons for MOONRAKER's existence have become unclear.
That is, until one game of bridge blows the true purpose for MOONRAKER wide open.
