Character Description

Dr. Delia Surridge is a supporting antagonist in V for Vendetta. She was one of the Larkhill doctors and the only one of V's tormentors with the distinction of actually feeling remorse for her crimes. V kills Dr. Surridge by injecting her with an unnamed chemical, with her apologizing to him before she dies.
