After saving Planet Drool and Earth in 2005, Max has Marissa as his girlfriend years later as they went to dances and got married. Sharkboy and Lavagirl even made Max became Guppy's Godfather. He is still being the Day Dreamer and now he writes novels and books about his dreams, teaching everyone what he has learned: Dream a Better Dream, and work to make it real.
