A recurring NPC in the main story. Hugo spends his days aiding the portal masters and Skylanders in protecting both Skylands and Earth as he's done before, and thus, was one of the first to know about the multiverse's splintering. Though he's still not much of a fighter, he's knowledgeable enough to guide the young heroes wherever they need to go. At least middle aged.
