They're the future child of the Down to Earth portal master and an apprentice portal master in their own right, who wants to become as great a hero as their parent was. Though they often struggle with their studies, they're confident that they'll be a great hero someday—and when the fabric of spacetime unwinds and the Kouncil of Kaos comes to conquer the Multiverse, they immediately jump at the chance to prove themself. Though their name can be chosen by the player, their default/"official" name is Rayne.
