Ronnie is the tailor who owns Big Ronnie's Custom Battle Spandex in Manhattan where Gwenpool had her costume designed and made. Big Ronnie additionally worked as a mercenary handler, passing on a contract from potential clients. Gwenpool occasionally took jobs from her before, as well as after, working for M.O.D.O.K. Ronnie had also done costume work for Spider-Woman, as well as Daredevil (cool!), and claimed Captain Marvel (cool..?) and Spider-Man (Spidey! eeeeeeeeeeeee!) had been clients too. Big Ronnie later joined the former M.O.D.O.K. agents in anticipation for M.O.D.O.K. Superior's return to Earth. He swore revenge upon them only for their collective might to scare him off.
