Penelope Broadside’s fiancée and Baskerville’s resident cop. It’s implied by dialogue with the characters that Henry Anderson hates her due to being one of the few rebellious residents of Baskerville (he believes he must protect Baskerville by controlling its population as its creator) but tolerates her due to being the only cop in Baskerville. Where Penelope is calm and soft-spoken, Courtney is passive-aggressive and has a short temper, but is also patient and respectful, though often only to her friends, her family, and Anna Barboso.
