Known for his unwavering loyalty to the Oni warlord Ogi, Chen-Ho is a master of various fighting techniques and uses his skills to ensure that Ogi's will is carried out. His fierce loyalty and ruthless tactics have made him a formidable and feared figure, and he's responsible for carrying out many of Ogi's most important assignments. Despite his reputation as a dangerous and intimidating figure, Chen-Ho has a softer side that few get to see, but those who get close to him are drawn to that side and find an unexpected ally and friend in him.
