Synopsis

Stuttering lady Maximilian is forced into a marriage with Sir Riftan, but he leaves on a campaign after their wedding night. Three years later, he triumphantly returns, ready to cherish her. As life with her husband finally begins, she only has one question — does she deserve this love and happiness? A story of a stuttering maiden and a lowly knight.

Description of Maximilian Calypse (Maxi / Lady Calpyse):

Maximilian is relatively thin and short with a skinny build, and described as looking like a doll, with a round forehead, small nose, and plump lips. Maximilian has large, downturned grey eyes and wavy long red hair that reaches down to her lower back. She has light brown freckles that dust her nose, cheeks, and shoulders. She has a speech impediment and stutters, and due to her unfortunate childhood, is very anxious and timid.
