Following the adventures of Nathan "Nate" Drake, a treasure hunter and the protagonist of the Game, his mentor and friend Victor "Sully" Sullivan, and journalist Elena Fisher, and several other sidekicks Drake meets while traveling to the around the world to uncover historical mysteries. This time, they're after the treasure located in El Dorado and will rely on the diary of Nate's supposed ancestor (Sir Francis Drakel for that. However, during their journey, another group of mercenaries armed to the teeth are also after this treasure, so in addition to finding the treasure, Nate and the two gang will also need to survive them and the other threats they will face there.
