Character Description

He's the one who hires Charlie Cutter to secure the top-tier business. He has an intense rivalry with Nathan Drake, and according to the Marlowes, he acts as the "anti-Drake", with similar looks and free running skills that rival Drake's. Talbot is always at Marlowe's side, and then orders Cutter to shoot Nathan and Sullivan.
