Description of Tally Youngblood (special):

Made into a superhumanely fast and strong cyborg super soldier by Dr. Cable, Tally now has a very angular face with a strong jaw, wolfish black eyes, a long, angular nose and sharp cheekbones. Infused with artificial muscles, she likely is also quite muscular and tall and moves inhumanely. Tattoos and scars, especially over her arms. At first she has a superiority complex, but soon she fights to reclaim her humanity Dr. Cable striped away from her in more ways than just the body modifications
