Between Life and Death
Catherine Hardwick returns to direct a miniseries masterfully interweaving plots of the original Twilight and Life and Death series. In this darker retelling, 17-year-old Bella Swan has just moved to Forks, Washington. Busy adjusting to her new life and reconnecting to her childhood friend, Jules, horrific animal attacks and disappearances begin plaguing the small town, and she finds herself in the middle of a dark secret when she meets Edward Cullen. This series focuses more on the mystery of a town beleaguered by supernatural attacks, and builds on the perspective of characters' individual narratives to create a rich retelling of a well-loved and iconic story.
