Synopsis

A mute, mentally-disabled young man is a survivor of violence from a young age when he decides to escape his hometown to live with his grandfather as a child. Years pass, and the mute man and his grandfather are living in financial strife, but are happy together... until a tenant moves in wife them, seeming to steal away the life he shared with his grandfather slowly, but surely. This leads him to question if the tenant is really that friendly, and is he really who he says he is? A series of risky investigations eventually leads him to discover an ugly truth!

Description of The truth about the Tenant (Revealed at the start of Act 3.):

The Tenant has been drugging The Grandfather day-after-day each night before bed, when the son hides upstairs so that The Tenant doesn't know he's onto him. His day-long spying on him finally pays off when he sees him stealing The Grandfather's wheelchair, disguising himself with The Grandfather's stolen clothes, and uses it to rob stores and banks around the city, armed with a gun, and hiding his face off with his old fedora. Later on, The Boy manages to wake his grandfather up back at the house, and records The Tenant disguising himself on his phone. As The Grandfather thanks his grandson and apologizes for neglecting him, he passes away and dies.
