Synopsis

Chances are you've never heard of Preston Thomas Tucker, but if you've heard of seatbelts, pop-out windshields, or padded dash and doors, then you're familiar with his legacy. Against all odds, the maverick car designer and his team built the Tucker Torpedo, in the search for his American Dream: a better, safer and more beautiful car. But Detroit’s Big Three auto manufacturers might have a thing or two to say about this idea.
