The idea comes from the fourth episode from the first season of True Detective "Who Goes There' It shows Rust Cole goes undercover in a biker gang... i think that this concept could work in a 8 episodic season.
The Story: A Horrible shootout happend in a small town where 4 people died tragic under them where two 14 year old girls. First it seems like a drive by shootout with some innocents in between but the forensics tell something different... These 4 people where killed maybe they knew to much.
