After D-16's evolution into Megatron, and Orion Pax's into Optimus Prime, the Autobots and Decepticons continue to wage war on their planet. With new recruits like the gruff Ironhide, the medical officer Ratchet, and the rookie Jazz, Optimus Prime and the Autobots (Bee, Ironhide, Ratchet and Jazz) look to turn the tide of their seemingly unwinnable conflict. Stranded on their last mission, Optimus Prime will have to look to a secret, but powerful race of Transformers, hidden on Cybertron, known as the Dinobots.
