Liberated by Megatron and charged with re-consolidating the scattered Decepticon forces back under his command, Shockwave uses Brains to orchestrate a massive conflict between Optimus Prime's Autobots and Starscream's splinter cell of Decepticons, seeking to dominate all and stand triumphant in the flames
