A Russian American leader of the G.I. Joe Cadet Corps and master of karate, whose father also goes by the codename of "Snake Eyes". He is adventurous and will push his body to its limits. The most level-headed of the five cadets, Duke takes responsibility whenever someone is in danger. He and Gung-Ho are closest friends and he also seems to have feelings for Scarlett, as she is the only one who can get through to him whenever anything goes wrong. Duke has dirty blonde hair and gray eyes. His combat uniform in the G.I. Joe Cadet Corps is blue, the same color as his Autobot partner Optimus Prime's finish. His catchphrase is: "Lock and load!".
