Formally the Decepticon scientist behind the creation of Energon Red, a type of Energon that not only speeds the growing process of Cybertronians but also makes them violent, and who transformers into a Republic P-47 Thunderbolt, Jetfire is on the run from the Decepticons after seeing the destruction his creation has brought forth.
