Synopsis

Instead of Frenzy pulling off Sam’s pants. It's Mikaela’s pants that are pulled off by Frenzy revealing her Pink Lace Strappy G-String, Frenzy chases after her and Sam gets the Electric saw and saves her. she keeps on her Long Pink Sleeved Shirt with her Denim Jacket, and eventually Mikaela finds her pants that Frenzy pulled off her all ripped up leaving her in her Pink Lace Strappy G-String through the rest of the film. However Mikaela wears Black Camvas High-Tops in this alternate version as well.

Description of Mikaela Banes/Pants Off (Wearing "Pink Lace Strappy G-String" beneath her pants ):

Frenzy manages to knock Sam down to the ground as he lands on the his face unconscious, as Mikaela kicks Frenzy off of him, but doesn’t give up and knocks Mikaela down on her back and quickly jumps on her as she struggles to crawl away, shortly after Sam wakes up, he notices Mikaela’s pants are around her ankles and beneath she wears “Pink Lace Strappy G-String”. She screams "He's Going To Kill Me" as the camera moves closer to Mikaela's butt.
