The other main antagonist of the story, who begins tearing his head around the midway point. Richmalle is the heir to a family so ludicrously wealthy that if you imagine the wealthiest person you can, it's probably way off. His family climbed their way to the top through blood money and otherwise ill-gotten fortune, allowing Richmalle whatever he wanted... Except others' respect. They largely view him as a petulant manchild, and even his own children rejected him. So, to get the respect he seeks, he's all too happy to court raging bigots who hate the same minorities he loathes, and fund Kowling's experiments to wipe her ex-alma mater off the map with entropy magic... even if it takes the whole town or world with it.
