Synopsis

In a terrifying new world, four girls must depend on one another if they want to survive... Disaster and destruction are all thirteen-year-old Louisa (Dakota Fanning) has ever known. But now she and her best friend, Maddie (Maia Mitchell), are among the lucky few being sent to boarding school far from home. Finally, a taste of freedom! Country Manor School isn't perfect: The girls' roommates (Cierra Ramirez & Elle Fanning) are tough to get along with, and the school is hard work. Still, Louisa loves CMS - the survival skills classes, the fresh air. She doesn't even miss not having a TV. Or the Internet. Or any contact with home. It's for their own safety, after all. Or is it...?

Description of Rosemary Chavez (Rosie):

Rosie is often seen as unfriendly and has a "snooty attitude". However, she is kind and considerate to those she cares about. She thinks that it is her job to take charge and she is really brave. Rosie takes charge most of the time, and acts as a good leader. She is sometimes bossy, and will get frustrated if someone does not do what she wants them to. She is quite impatient and is easily angered.
