After its owner is murdered by a criminal faction, a pet rat comes into contact with chemical residues along with four baby turtles, thus becoming sapient mutants. From this, Splinter raises the four teenage turtles as his children and teaches them the art of ninjutsu, to take revenge on the man who killed their former owner.read more
