Description of Ivan Steranko (Rocksteady):
Rocksteady is the co-leader of the Purple Dragons. He and his partner in crime Bebop are on shakey ground with both their own gang and the Foot Clan following the death of the Shredder. Both are now willing to do anything to prove themselves and get revenge on the TMNT.
