Synopsis

Following the death of the Shredder the TMNT are continuing the fight against the what is left of the Foot Clan and Purple Dragons. They are also starting to investigate the circumstances behind their mutation, which will draw them into larger conflict with bigger consequences than ever before.

Description of Oroku Saki (The Shredder):

Okroku Saki was the criminal kingpin known as the Shredder. He was once viewed by New York as a humanitarian but April O'Neil broke a story about his dual identity and leadership of the Foot Clan. Saki fell to his death in the season 1 finale while fighting the TMNT. However, before his death, he Baxter Stockman came up with a contingency plan should he ever be killed.
