Description of Casey Jones:

Casey Jones is a vigilante who fights crime by wielding sports equipment, and is one of the TMNT's few human allies. Casey is former high school in multiple sports, but suffered a career ending injury while playing hockey in college. Casey is from a troubled neighborhood ridden with crime and gang violence. He tries to help out around the community by coaching youth league sports as away to try and steer kids away from gang life, but when that alone isn't helping, he strikes out as vigilante to help clean up streets and keep people safe.
