Synopsis

Four baby turtles escape from TCRI, where they are raised in the sewers by a hideously-disfigured Japanese man. Years pass, and the four turtles, now teenagers trained in martial arts, set out in an attempt to fit in with human society by taking down the mysterious and hideous crime boss known as "The Rat King".

Description of "Oroku Saki" (Mid-Credits):

Master Splinter tells his sons a story about an old friend of his from his childhood, an adopted brother named Oroku Saki. One day, the boys fell in love with the same woman, and when Splinter was married to and had a baby with this woman, Oroku killed the woman and stole his baby out of hatred, and now rules over the Japanese criminal underworld under the title of "The Shredder".
