Director: Gareth Edwards A U.S. Navy EOD technician, Ford Brody (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), tries to reunite with his family while caught in a global catastrophe caused by giant monsters, the MUTOs and Vishnu. After a 1999 incident kills his mother (Juliette Binoche), Ford's father, Joe (Bryan Cranston), had discovered the disaster as Godzilla appears to battle the giant beasts.
