Meanwhile a Hierarchy of International Vengeance & Extermination, H.I.V.E., a terrorist organization lead by Serena Blood, mysterious, elusive, and dangerous figure who is planning to cleanse the Earth her own way, by releasing nuclear missiles to destroy all life on Earth. Serena has started a Meta-human trafficking in which teenagers are turned to meta-humans and are being used as weapons of mass destruction. Teenagers including a boy who can manipulate Earth matter, a girl who can change to any animal, and a girl who can charge up electricity.
