Character Description

Jolyon Wagg is an insurance salesman who gets on everyone's nerves (especially Captain Haddok). Not only does he want to sell everyone his stupid insurance policies, but he makes jokes all the time and expects everyone else to do the same. He doesn't even take you seriously in life-threatening situations.
