In this world Harvey Dent was in Batman returns and was attacked by Oswald and had half his face scared off. It's been 4 years ever since the events of Batman Returns. Bruce has been trying to find where Selina and Harvey left too. However things get way more personal as Harvey returns and shoots down a young kids parents and brother.
