Synopsis

When a high tech cyborg finds herself outside of the inner city walls, she learns that humanity isn’t just flesh and bone like people have told her. Being human is about experience, emotion, and change. Her mother was wrong about many things, including what it means to be alive. She was right about one thing though: life doesn’t last forever.

Description of Amari Pateri:

Amari's nothing more than the robotic creation of Nura and Gabriel Pateri. Just like any robot, she's made up of wires and metal, an emotionless man-made being. There's something her creators aren't telling her, though. One day a girl claiming to be an old friend, named Nadine, takes her out of her house to look around the city. She gets lost, and wanders outside of the cities inner walls, only to be found by a young girl named Yeon-Ji who takes Amari back to her makeshift house. Amari soon learns Nura lied to her, there's more to humanity than flesh and bone. Being human, being alive, means to experience. Nura was right about one thing though; life always comes to an end.
