A victim of his own anger, the hero (Michael Jackson )is a musician on the rise , escaping a tumultuous home life through music. While trying to avoid making the same mistakes as his truculent father (Billy Dee Williams ), the hero navigates the club scene and a rocky relationship with a captivating singer, model Ola (Ola Ray). But another musician, the Kid (Prince), looks to steal the his spotlight -- and his girl. Whilst in middle of all of this a Zombie Outbreak happens forcing them to band together to stay alive .
