The arrogant Thor Odinson has been cast out of Asgard by his father, after pushing the limits of his power as king, to live as a mortal on Midgard (Earth). Because of this, Thor's brother Loki tries to take the throne for himself but after discovering he isn't worthy he goes after Thor, trying to kill him with the almighty Destroyer. At the point of near defeat Thor becomes worthy again and takes the fight with Loki up to Asgard, where Loki kills himself by purposely falling off the rainbow bridge.
