Mark Stephen Moraghan (born on 27th January 1963) is a British actor, voice actor and singer. He was the last third-person narrator for Thomas & Friends in the UK and the US prior to the series switching to first-person narration by Thomas.
Thomas tries to be in two places at once. Sir Topham Hatt enlists Thomas to teach the silly Logging Locos, but he has already promised to play a game of hide-and-seek with Percy.
