Vee is what you call the opposite of Sir Topham Hatt. She's mean to every engine, except Wilson, Brewster and Koko, because they're her favorites. She is a female, sentient, robot PA system with a metal exterior and a metaphorical heart of stone. One time, she even scared Percy with her loud microphone enhanced voice. She is that mean. She never gives Thomas and his friends any credit. That is until one day, when Sir Topham Hatt decided that he had enough. I shouldn't say what happens next, because I might spoil the story if I did. You'll have to read it and see for yourself.
