Fan Casting Pingu in Thomas and the Quest to Save Sodor.

Pingu is a penguin who moved to Sodor from the South Pole with his little sister, Pinga after both their parents died from being eaten by a giant walrus. Thankfully, Kipper the dog was nice enough to take them both into his home and raise them like his own children. Pingu is about 6 years old. His best friend is Robbie the seal, who moved to Sodor with them and took up residency in Barney the Dinosaur's house. He can kind of cheeky, sometimes pulling tricks. But he's always says sorry and everything turns out all right in the end. On the days when he's good, he gets to eat his favorite type of fish, salmon. He's also a good big brother, and always seems to know to cheer Pinga up when she's upset. He's also a terrific dancer. And that's why everybody loves Pingu.
