A new diesel who is quiet but hardworking. **SPOILERS** It is revealed that Marklin is a rebuilt steam engine named Bluebell who used to work as the station pilot at Knapford before Thomas arrived. Fueled by revenge, Marklin secretly leads a faction of diesels in sabotaging the steam engines so they can take over the railway.
