If you look closely in s3 STRANGER THINGS, When the kids are observing Billy to see if he is a host of the mind flayer at the pool... Max wears a bright green neon scrunchy. Then, on the day when Eleven and The Byers leave to Lenora and all the kids are saying their goodbyes, Eleven wears a bright green neon scrunchy that looks exactly like Max's which is (I believe and some others do) the same scrunchy as Max's.
