Description of Buzz Buzzard (Secondary Villain ):

Buzz Buzzard is an animated cartoon character and the main antagonist of the Woody Woodpecker theatrical shorts who appeared in several films produced by Walter Lantz Productions in the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. Buzz is an anthropomorphic buzzard who, in most of his appearances, was a con artist looking for a way to deceive somebody, typically Woody Woodpecker, out of money or food.
