This story begins with Dorothy Johnson (Mary J. Blige) with her Toto in San Francisco and the windy rain into the mysterious Land of Oz, a sprawling, decaying, nightmarish, and dangerous megalopolis that resembles the physical characteristics of California. Until where she's informed that the only way she can find her way home is through the assistance of the powerful wizard in the Emerald City.
