Synopsis

The series revolves around the titular "witcher", Geralt of Rivia. In Sapkowski's works, "witchers" are beast hunters who develop supernatural abilities at a young age to battle wild beasts and monsters. Description of Tissaia de Vries:

A sorceress and rector at Aretuza Academy and one of the oldest sorceresses alive during the Northern Wars. “One of the women walking behind them had dark, smoothly combed hair, shining eyes and thin lips. She had a short mauve camaka cape trimmed with dormouse fur thrown over her shoulders.”
