California, April 2020: Frank is middle-aged truck driver who was formerly in a political rock band, who expressed contempt towards then-President Bush in the early 2000s. With the riots starting in his country, Frank's former bandmate Monty asks him to come back to sing in the band. But many things changed since the 2003 war on terrorism and Bush's presidency, and Frank is gonna learn it... It contains a lot of flashbacks and hallucinogenic, empirical sequences, starring many other characters.read more
