Description of What countries should the new portal masters from DtE's third DLC be from?:

The third DLC storyline for Down to Earth introduces a new set of Portal Masters, as is the case with all of them, but I'm having trouble picking out home countries for them so I'm making this a community vote. There's eleven in all (one for each of the canon ten elements and a blank/non-elemental one) so eleven countries are needed.
