The story centers around a man named Viral Studios (Red), and his twin sister, Becky, who are moving to Digital City. Their parents were murdered in there house back in 2018, and their uncle, Owen, took care of them. Now, five years later, Viral and Becky are moving to Digital City for a fresh start. While there, Viral runs into these two people, Dr Azura Shinefield (Light Blue), and Dr Danial Cross (Purple). Azura gives Viral a card that advertises "The Hero Initiative", an initiative made to train people and recruit them for their task force.
