In this new reality, Steve Rogers still became Captain America but sacrificed himself as he fought against the Nazis and Chitauri in one of their secret bases. Inspired, Isaiah Bradley (who also had the super soldier serum) managed to destroy the nuclear bomb that was targeting Washington, DC. However, he was frozen instead in the North Atlantic, similar to how Steve is in the main continuity. Isaiah is brought into the present day, a world where no one knows who he is, a world he doesn't quite understand yet. He will have to ultimately step up as the new Captain America and inherit the mantle that he was always meant to have.
