Wally West is a young college student in Keystone City. On his way home from class one evening, his car was struck by a bolt of lightning, covering Wally in tons of electrical-chemicals. Wally soon learns the accident granted him a connection to the energy field called the Speed-Force, and through this connection Wally can now run at accelerated speeds. Wally decides with his new powers, it is his responsibilities to use them to help others, and becomes the superhero called the Flash. read more
